I’m Zohreh, a Senior User Experience Designer with a master’s degree in design and 8 years of experience in high-traffic e-commerce, marketplace, travel, and career management platforms.

Currently, I am spearheading the design efforts as a solo designer for a B2B maritime career management platform to make an all-in one product for the shipping industry.

Previously, I structured design teams and elevated the user experience for over 60 million users across B2C and C2C category apps such as Snapp and AP applications. Scalability, Unification, Personalisation, and Loyalty are the most comprehensive areas that I have worked on.

I’m living in the Netherlands and looking for a full-time permanent role and visa sponsorship with the goal of moving into design leadership.

My expertise extends to implementing iterative design processes, user study, leadership and human-centric strategies in both B2B and B2C industries.

As a senior Experience Designer I have worked in agile environments and cross-functional teams in both small startups medium size teams and huge corporations. I love to work on 4 key areas:
E2E Processes
Create User-centred Interaction Models: Develop wireframes, mockups, and sitemaps including strong visual and interaction design skills, knowing UX best practices with a big picture for features.
Leadership
Successfully stablished 2 design teams. Hiring, mentoring and guiding designers, researchers and writers to work with product and software development teams. Influenced them to have full ownership and discover their talents and improve their performance.
Strategy
Co-Build design and product roadmap; Experience operating within a research-focused design philosophy and the ability to inspire change through user research, user feedback, usability data, and analysing competitors.
User research
Commenced a user research lab for Alibaba leading travel industry in Iran with 10 million users. Experienced in mixed method user research including planning, conducting, and analyzing user behavior.
